All plugins and themes provided by NopStar are subject to a license, which may be single-use, multi-use, or developer license, depending on the selected purchase option.
Licenses do not permit reselling, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the products. All intellectual property remains the property of NopStar.

3. Support and Updates

We offer support for purchased products for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 6 months or 12 months).
Product updates are also available during the support period. Support covers:

  • Installation guidance

  • Bug fixes

  • Minor usage questions

Support does not cover custom modifications or third-party conflicts unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, except where legally required.
However, if you experience a critical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.

5. Custom Development Services

Custom services are quoted and agreed upon separately. Delivery timelines and responsibilities are defined in the project agreement.
NopStar retains the right to use generalized components developed during custom projects in future products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, documentation, and branding displayed on this website are the property of NopStar or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, duplication, or reproduction of any part of our offerings is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure our products function as intended. However, NopStar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Changes to Terms

NopStar reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site and services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
